Modern power leads V655 past one of the surviving classic B&O CPLs on the Mountain Sub.

V655's helpers approach the head end after the train yarded in Keyser. Although most of the yard has been abandoned, Keyser is still a small hub of activity of the Mountain Sub.

4824 leads a coal drag past Z Tower and into the yard at Keyser.

V655 has just descended 17 Mile Grade on CSX's arduous Mountain Sub. The white marker denotes the border between West Virginia and Maryland.
